Individual Personal Training

One on one personal training consisting of a warm-up, movement instruction, workout, and cool-down tailored to your individual needs and desired outcome. Sessions are approximately 1 hour.

Partner Training
(2 people)

Partner training follows the same structure as individual training but can be more fun and less expensive with a friend.  While workouts will follow the same pattern,  the movements and intensity can be individually customized to suite each person's fitness level.  No need to worry that your training partner is more or less fit than you.  Sessions are approximately 1 hour.
